The Guardians. Only a privileged few know who they are, but everyone knows they’re in complete control. The four male and three female guardians work separately from each other, and each has their own way of ruling, but together they dominate the school. The boys work through a system of officers, promotions, and public punishment, while the girls operate through backstabbing, blackmail, and seduction. Together, they keep the school in a constant state of violence and uncertainty. Although some of the professors know of the guardians, they will do nothing to stop them. Some were even guardians themselves. To speak of the guardians means trouble. Everyone knows of that all-important rule, and no one dares to break it. Based on personality, elite students are chosen to be a part of the guardians’ network. The male and female guardians only communicate through the school’s internet system so that their identities are kept a secret from their equals of the opposite sex. In this world of power and deception, the watchful eyes of the guardians are impossible to escape.
